Castello di Casalborgone accepts all major credit cards. Cash payments are permitted up to a maximum of €3,000 per person, in accordance with current Italian regulations. Personal checks are not accepted.

Castello di Casalborgone welcomes dogs upon prior request and subject to staff approval. Small dogs up to 18 pounds are welcome in the Bishop and Casa Camelia accommodations. Dogs over 18 pounds are permitted, subject to approval, exclusively in Casa Camelia. Pets are not allowed in dining areas and must be kept under supervision in all common spaces, where valuable antique furnishings are present. The supplement is €85 per dog, per day.
